A company with over 30 years of experience in the security industry is seeking: Operational Coordinator Responsibilities: Responsible for coordinating, executing, and ensuring compliance with security and loss prevention operations at Seguridad México. Access Control. Regularly audits access control processes at stations for employees, visitors, suppliers, and contractors. Monitors, supervises, and reports failures in access control systems. Ensures supply of materials required for proper access control execution (badges, labels, etc.). Vehicle Security. Conducts tests and verifies proper operation of vehicle security equipment, GPS, panic buttons, and CCTV. Coordinates and tracks corrective and preventive maintenance performed by the vendor on security equipment installed in FedEx vehicles. Process Security. Audits handling processes for High Value (HV) packages and highly commercial packages from top clients—Wal\-Mart, COSTCO \& MELI—within the operations area, including: loading, unloading, sorting, dispatch to routes, returns, high-value cages, and customer claims. Conducts reviews and audits of AM/PM belt sorting processes to ensure correct package scanning. Tracks incident reports prepared by FedEx staff and submitted by the security company. Audits package acceptance procedures and identification of suspicious packages at service counters. Physical Security. **Periodically inspects all physical security elements at stations: gates, perimeter fencing, CCTV, DVRs, alarms, panic buttons.** Reports and tracks resolution of any failures in station and counter physical security systems. Investigations. **Supports investigations by tracking and reviewing CCTV footage as requested by the Manager** Salary: $26,000\.00 \- $26,400\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
