Today, we invite you to join our team as a **Maintenance Operator**. **What will you do in this role?** * Conduct inspection rounds on water tanks in guest rooms, kitchens, and dressing rooms. * Verify gas levels and general conditions of kitchen equipment (griddles, stoves, bain-maries, refrigerators). * Inspect lighting and functionality of restrooms and offices (toilets, sinks, light bulbs). * Address any maintenance needs in assigned offices, operational areas, and guest rooms. * Assist with moving, disconnecting, storing, selecting, and repairing kitchen equipment at the ranch. * Collaborate with the Director of Gastronomic Experiences on kitchen and equipment organization and maintenance activities. **What we look for in you:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in general maintenance (plumbing, basic electricity, kitchen equipment, etc.). * Service-oriented attitude, initiative, and attention to detail. * Willingness to perform physical labor and varied tasks as required by the location. * Enthusiasm for working in an environment that celebrates Mexican culture and traditions. **What we offer:** * An authentic work environment rich in history and tradition. * Learning and development opportunities within the ranch. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements (grocery vouchers, savings fund, life insurance, complimentary staff cafeteria) and the opportunity to join a team that works with passion and commitment. **Are you interested in joining Mundo Charro?** Apply through this channel; if your profile matches our requirements, we will contact you to schedule an interview.
