




Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, International Business or related field. Proficiency in English language. Knowledge of IMMEX program. Experience handling Import, Export, Foreign Trade and Customs processes. Responsibilities: •Register entries in the system according to the IMMEX program requirements. •Verify that suppliers hold a valid REPSE registration and have their documentation in order (SAT, IMSS, Infonavit, etc.). •Enter import/export customs declarations (pedimentos) and bills of materials for finished product production, in accordance with the IMMEX program’s import/export provisions. •Compile and update files for specialized service providers. •Coordinate with Procurement, Human Resources, Finance and Legal departments to ensure proper contracting and monitoring of specialized services. •Prepare reports and provide support during internal and external audits. •Review service provision contracts (REPSE clauses and labor/fiscal obligations). •Ensure accurate and timely monthly submission of required IMMEX information to INEGI. WE OFFER: •Monthly monetary compensation based on experience. •Work schedule: Monday – Friday. Employment type: Full-time. Salary: $35,000.00 – $40,000.00 per month. Workplace: On-site employment.
