Infrastructure support and technical documentation Responsibilities: * Account creation * Access control and validation using (ABC) and format registration. * Application installation (Java, MySQL, PostgreSQL) * Resource monitoring (CPU, RAM, Disk Space) * Validation of basic Linux Bash hardening * Ticketing and documentary process handling * Zabbix-based resource supervision and monitoring * Infrastructure support and assistance * Generation and documentation of PCI evidence * Server onboarding and offboarding * Tracking of active accounts * Ticket registration and tracking * Server resource and backup management * Server updates * Disk addition * Database management system installation * Procedure and evidence documentation.
