We seek to incorporate into our team an accountant with solid accounting knowledge, professional ethics, and passion for numbers. Responsibilities * 1\. Receive, classify, analyze, and record all documents assigned to the accounting department. * 2\. Perform bank reconciliations. * 3\. Gather information for various procedures, such as updating registries or supplier credit applications. * 4\. Prepare preliminary federal tax calculations to support decision-making regarding current bank balances. * 5\. Implement accounting controls using the Neodata ERP system. * 6\. Prepare financial statements and balance sheets based on captured information. * 7\. Calculate and file annual, provisional, and final tax returns for various taxes. * 8\. Respond to SAT (Tax Administration Service) requirements. * 9\. Prepare reports on notices of tax compensations and tax credits in favor of the taxpayer submitted to the authorities. * 10\. Cleanse accounts for subsequent submission of electronic accounting records. * 11\. Preparation, recording, and control of requested income invoices. * 12\. Provide accounting, tax, and Neodata ERP system advisory support to accounting department staff. * 13\. Maintain up-to-date documentation archives for accounting records to ensure preservation, security, and accessibility. * LEVEL 14\. File informative declarations of transactions with third parties. 15\. Submit reports on canceled income receipts (CFDI) to the SAT. 16\. Prepare monthly accounting reports. 17\. Keep accounting information updated (SAT Compliance Opinion). * 18\. Calculate profit or loss from asset sales or disposals, both for accounting and tax purposes. 19\. Perform any other related tasks assigned. 20\. Adhere to and verify compliance with quality management policies and systems (ISO 9001), occupational health and safety (OHSAS 18001), environmental management (ISO 14001), and risk management. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar positions. * Up-to-date knowledge of Mexican tax regulations. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (Neodata ERP preferred). * Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical ability. * Availability to work 100% onsite, starting immediately. * Prior experience in construction companies is preferred.
