Opportunities for learning and professional development **Date:** May 21, 2026 **Location:** Mexico, Mexico City **Company:** deloittemx **What does a typical day in this role look like?** As a COBOL Developer, you will develop, maintain, and optimize COBOL applications on mainframe platforms; analyze functional and technical requirements to implement enhancements or fixes; perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance on legacy systems; participate in impact analysis and resolution of production incidents; document developments, processes, and changes implemented. You will collaborate with functional teams and support system modernization or migration initiatives where applicable. You will work in a dynamic and enriching environment alongside people from diverse cultures, perspectives, specialties, and knowledge backgrounds.
