Job Summary: We are looking for an Entry-Level Developer passionate about building digital systems, integrating web development, automation, and artificial intelligence within a tech marketing agency. Hands-on experience with modern tools: AI, automation, and hybrid systems We are hiring: **Entry-Level Developer** (100% Remote) **Location:** Toluca, Metepec, or surrounding areas **Work Mode:** 100% Remote **Compensation:** $8,000 MXN net per month (*3-month probationary period*) After the probationary period: up to 50% salary increase based on performance, experience, and results At **Oasis**, we are a marketing agency focused on building real digital systems: websites, automations, AI-powered integrations, and tools that drive our clients’ growth. We are seeking an **Entry-Level Developer** with a hunger to learn, technical curiosity, and passion for building. **Who are we looking for?** Recent graduate or final-semester student in: * Systems Engineering * Software Development * Information Technologies * Or similar programs Intermediate level of English (able to read technical documentation and communicate effectively). Passionate about emerging technologies, hardware, and software. Problem-solving mindset. Enjoys building things and understanding how they work. **What will you do?** You’ll work on the technical and development side of the agency, including: * Website development (primarily front-end). * Integration of automations. * Webhooks and cross-platform connections. * Integration of Artificial Intelligence tools. * Domain, hosting, and technical configuration management. * Project deployment (GitHub, repositories, configurations). * Technical support for digital projects. * Basic backend development when required. * Working with no-code/low-code tools such as Lovable and others—taking projects to production with real code when the system demands it. Here, we don’t just mock up websites. We build systems. **What we highly value** Basic knowledge of: * HTML / CSS / JavaScript * Git / GitHub * APIs and webhooks Personal projects (even small ones). Genuine curiosity about AI, automation, and new tools. Ability to learn quickly and execute.
