Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support specialist for Grupo Moyel, responsible for serving as the key liaison between clients and development, resolving technical issues, and training users. Dynamic and challenging work environment with professional growth. We are seeking a Technical Support specialist for Grupo Moyel. In this role, you will serve as the key liaison between our clients and the development team, ensuring all technical needs are addressed efficiently. Your responsibilities include resolving complex technical issues, providing assistance and training to end users, and collaborating with the development team to enhance our products and services. Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer and printing equipment Structured cabling for voice/data. Telecommunications (networks, routers, switches, access points, etc.) Telephony (IP configuration and telephone networks) Management and configuration of mobile devices (smartphones, tablets, handhelds, laptops, etc.) Antivirus. Windows 8, 10, 11 Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019 Office 2013, 2016, 2019, 2021, 2024 User support Minimum requirements for this position include a technical or university degree in computer science, prior experience in technical support, and a strong sense of responsibility and proactivity. You must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
