Job Summary: Responsible for coordinating and supervising the maintenance team, ensuring proper execution of activities, fault diagnosis, and compliance with safety and operational efficiency standards. Diagnosis and resolution of electrical and mechanical failures. **Location:** Boulevard Aeropuerto, next to Lerma Polaris **Job Description:** Responsible for coordinating the maintenance team, assigning tasks, tracking work orders, and ensuring proper execution of maintenance activities. Supervises fault diagnosis, validates technical solutions, and ensures compliance with industrial safety, quality, and operational efficiency standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise the maintenance team * Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs * Assign and track work orders * Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical failures * Supervise maintenance work on machinery, equipment, and facilities * Manage spare parts and tools * Monitor maintenance indicators (downtime, MTTR, MTBF) * Ensure compliance with industrial safety regulations * Coordinate with production to avoid operational disruptions * Prepare reports and follow up on incidents **Requirements:** * Degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field * Minimum 2–4 years of experience in industrial maintenance * Prior experience leading work teams * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance * Solid knowledge of electricity, mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics * Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams * **Experience managing maintenance indicators (MTTR, MTBF, downtime)** * **Ability to plan and organize maintenance activities** * Availability to rotate shifts **Desirable Knowledge:** * PLC (diagnostics) * Frequency inverters * TPM or autonomous maintenance * Interpretation of maintenance indicators * Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) **Competencies:** * Leadership * Decision-making * Organization and planning * Working under pressure * Results-oriented mindset * Effective communication **Working Hours:** 12-hour shift schedule 7:00 am to 7:00 pm 7:00 pm to 7:00 am Shift rotation every 2 weeks 4 working days followed by 3 days off Salary: $4,000\.00 \- $4,500\.00 per week Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
