**Leading company in the HVAC industry** Seeking: **HVAC Project Manager** **Position type:** (Full-time) **Salary: $27,000 to $35,000 per month** \*Mechanical Engineer, Electromechanical Engineer, Architect, Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and Promotion, Industrial Engineer or related field. \*Proven experience leading technical teams. \*Leadership and supervision of teams. \*Project coordination and management of external contractors. \*Ability to generate reports, logs, and maintenance schedules. **Main responsibilities:** **Air conditioning systems.** Chillers, VRF/VRV, mini-splits, packaged units, etc. Control and automation diagrams (BMS, desirable) Air and water balancing (TAB) System start-ups, testing, and commissioning Reading of architectural drawings. Preparation of various types of budgets (unit prices, rough estimates, etc.). Ductwork, hydraulic piping, and refrigeration piping o **Contract administration** with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers o Implementation of **Occupational Health and Safety / Industrial Safety** o Compliance with standards: o ASHRAE (desirable) o Quality control and project delivery according to specifications Ideal candidates will have experience in: o Corporate buildings o Hospitals o Shopping centers o Hotels o Industrial facilities (warehouses, plants, clean rooms) · **Budget preparation and construction planning.** o Material quantification. o Work schedules (MS Project, Primavera or similar) o Coordination with the procurement department to budget materials. o Labor quantification. o Catalog of work items including specifications and material brands. o Labor schedule.
