Join our team as: ### **\*PROJECT AND DESIGN ENGINEER\*** **What do we offer?** * Monthly gross salary: $15,000 * Monthly performance bonus: $2,000 * Year-end bonus, vacation premium, social security, and paid vacation * Life insurance * Monday–Friday work schedule with weekends off * Support for medical consultations, laboratory tests, gym memberships, and academic scholarships * Birthday day off * Birthday gift * Corporate apparel * Happiness Day **Job responsibilities:** * Develop 2D and 3D designs and models based on key automotive industry design standards. * Calculate and select appropriate materials and assembly processes. * Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create product prototypes and conduct testing. * Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. * Conduct research to stay current with the latest trends and technologies in industrial design. * Prepare and present design reports and prototypes to company stakeholders. * Manage design projects from conception through completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets. **Requirements:** * Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronic Engineering, or related field * Preferred specialization or certifications in mechanical design, automation, or project management * Minimum 2 years of experience as a design or project development engineer * Experience interpreting manufacturing drawings and standards * Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or NX * Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and automation ***Join CESEHSA and help us build a better future!***
