Key Responsibilities: * Provide a warm and professional welcome to each customer. * Follow up on every registered prospect. * Efficiently direct visitors to Sales, Service, or Parts departments. * Intelligent management of the switchboard. * Assist with basic administrative tasks to ensure an optimal waiting room experience. Minimum one year of experience as a hostess, receptionist, or in customer service (preferably in the automotive or luxury sector). Excellent executive appearance, completed high school education, basic Office software proficiency, switchboard operation skills, outstanding communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a service-oriented attitude. Gender is unrestricted. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:30 hrs (including one hour for lunch), and Saturday, 09:00–15:30 hrs. Fixed day off on Sunday. We Offer: Direct employment contract with the company, monthly gross salary of $12,000 MXN plus statutory benefits.
