Position Summary: IT professional responsible for ensuring technological infrastructure reliability, delivering technical support, and optimizing systems through continuous improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Network, server, and equipment administration and maintenance. 2. Comprehensive technical support to users (hardware and software). 3. Implementation of technological improvements and process automation. **Position Objective** Ensure the proper operation of the technological infrastructure, provide technical support to users, and propose improvements that optimize internal systems and processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Administration and maintenance of networks, servers, and computing equipment. * Technical support to users (hardware and software). * Installation and configuration of systems, applications, and equipment. * Data backup and information security. * Management and control of technological equipment inventory. * Implementation of technological improvements and process automation. * Monitoring and timely resolution of incidents. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or engineering degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems, or related field. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position. * Knowledge of networks, servers, databases, and cybersecurity. * Proficiency in Windows and/or macOS operating systems. * Knowledge of domain administration and backups. * Service-oriented attitude, proactivity, and analytical ability.
