**Job Title: Operational Assistant** Work Location: Metepec, State of Mexico Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 7:30 pm Education: Completed high school or partially completed bachelor's degree minimum. Experience required: Minimum 2 years **Required Knowledge and Responsibilities:** Administration and Customer Service Phone support and schedule management. Administrative and document process management. Preparation of reports and presentations. Invoicing and basic budget control. Purchasing and Suppliers Control and tracking of purchases to maintain optimal material levels. Updating and maintenance of material databases. Search and evaluation of new suppliers and contractors. Management of credit terms with suppliers. Review of unit prices. Receiving, supervision, and follow-up of material deliveries at construction sites. Negotiation of competitive prices and conditions. Experience in administration, operations, cost management, bidding, or projects. Knowledge of construction and renovation processes. Basic construction supervision. Budget, progress, and execution control. Monitoring of contractors and subcontractors. Review of contractor piece-rate payments. Weekly report of payments to suppliers and contractors. Control of facilities, machinery, and equipment. Participation in renovation projects in hospitals and medical centers. Quality Inspection and control of raw materials and finished products. Maintenance Inventory control of spare parts and consumables. Receiving and recording of materials. Control of preventive and corrective maintenance orders.
