Position Summary: Performance Air seeks a Production Engineer to develop and manage production control and fleet reliability programs, as well as supervise maintenance processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and manage production control programs. 2. Supervise the correct completion of pre- and post-flight forms. 3. Document internal engineering and maintenance processes. **PERFORMANCE AIR** Performance Air is a subsidiary of a consortium with over 15 years of experience in the private aviation industry and 30 years in the global luxury goods sector. It offers the following vacancy: **PRODUCTION ENGINEER** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop and manage the company's maintenance production control program. * Develop and manage the company's fleet reliability program. * Create and control daily work orders generated for the company's maintenance department. * Administer and control requisitions generated for components requested by various departments. * Maintain production statistics for the Maintenance Department regarding discrepancies reported by flight crews, ramp personnel, and customer service. * Supervise the correct completion of pre\-flight and post\-flight forms by Maintenance staff, as well as proper logging in the logbook. * Document all internal engineering and maintenance processes. * Assist with procedures before AFAC Command. * Assist with service scheduling. * Monitor expenses charged to the corporate card assigned to the department. **EXPERIENCE:**  Age 25–50 years  Minimum 2 years of experience **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Aeronautics or Industrial Engineering English: Intermediate **WORK CONDITIONS:** Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Work Location: Toluca International Airport. **WE OFFER:** Salary: $14,000 net monthly Statutory and above-statutory benefits Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $13,500\.00 \- $14,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Medical expense insurance Workplace: On-site employment
