Key communication with operational areas for process tracking **Location:** Boulevard Aeropuerto, adjacent to Lerma Polaris **Position Objective:** Ensure control, capture, and tracking of operational information, guaranteeing proper data management and process flow. **Main Responsibilities:** * Data entry and registration in the system * Control and tracking of orders and movements * Data and documentation validation * Preparation of operational reports * Documentation control and archiving * Communication with operational areas (warehouse, production, quality) * Tracking of incidents and process status **Requirements:** * High school diploma or completed technical degree * Minimum 1 year of experience in a control center, logistics, or administrative role * Excel proficiency (basic to intermediate) * Data entry and information control skills * Availability to rotate shifts * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail **Desired Knowledge:** * ERP system experience * Document control * Experience in an industrial environment **Competencies:** * Organization * Attention to detail * Effective communication * Working under pressure * Tracking and control **Working Hours:** 12-hour shift schedule 7:00 am to 7:00 pm 7:00 pm to 7:00 am Shift rotation every 2 weeks 4 working days followed by 3 days off Salary: $12,500\.00 \- $13,500\.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
