Job Summary: This role ensures compliance with internal guidelines for technological disaster prevention and recovery, validates recovery plans, and supports DR testing. Key Highlights: 1. Key Responsibilities: • Validate and confirm tentative DR test execution dates with SOs/Application Support for critical applications or tools. • Using those dates, develop a global test calendar ensuring inclusion of all critical applications and tools within scope and their respective execution dates. • Prior to each scheduled test, review and confirm with PSO/Application Support: o Availability of support teams for each DR exercise. o Prior review of the System Recovery Plan (SRP) during a “Pretest meeting” with all required participants (support teams, PSOs, Governance team, etc). o Documentation of Request for Change (RFCs). • Review change controls or RFCs and report any inconsistencies to the PSO and Governance team. • Witness test execution in real time via video call or in person (in some US cases, this will involve supporting coordination of video calls to jointly execute tests with the PSO). • Document actual RTOs/RPOs, as well as any findings and corrective actions identified during each DR test. • Follow up, where applicable, on RCAs (Root Cause Analyses) for incidents that may arise during tests. • Request and review with the PSO the document containing test results, RTOs, incidents, and lessons learned from each DR test. • Coordinate functionality tests on satellite phones, documenting and notifying the Governance team of the results obtained. • Monitor and alert on potential threats. • Prepare executive reports on test results and progress against the annual plan. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education – Bachelor’s Degree 5 years of experience Age: 25 years or older Knowledge: DNS, Hyper-V, Linux, Microsoft Excel, Oracle, SQL Server, VMware, VPN, Windows Keywords: analyst, technologies, information, IT
