Manage employee hiring, termination, and modification processes in the HR system. **Support the creation and maintenance of personnel reports:** payroll, attendance, vacations, turnover Support document management, schedule coordination, correspondence handling, and employee inquiries. **Requirements:** **Minimum Education:** Completed high school; ongoing or completed technical or university studies in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or related fields.
