You would provide first and second level technical support, helping our collaborators resolve issues with equipment, networks, and systems. You would install and configure software and hardware, keeping our technological infrastructure up to date. You would maintain computers, printers, and other network devices in optimal condition. You would participate in inventory management and data protection. What do we need from you? Be a student or recent graduate in Systems Engineering or a related field (internship or final semesters). 3\-6 months of experience in the area (ideally!) Proficiency with operating systems. Knowledge in diagnosing and resolving technical issues with hardware and software. A service-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused attitude. Willingness to work as a team and grow professionally.
