Delivering unquestionable quality, at the optimal and precise time, as well as at the most optimal and wisely invested cost. **Required Knowledge / Experience:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering * 2 to 3 years of experience leading **instrumentation and control processes or as an electrical specialist**, with the ability to manage technical personnel in these areas. * **English:** Intermediate/Advanced * Leadership and participation in specific improvement projects (preferably in **TPM**) * Skills: Leadership, critical analysis, effective communication, teamwork. **A DAY IN THE LIFE OF…** * **Asset Maintenance**: Plan, create, improve, and establish preventive, predictive, and proactive maintenance programs in collaboration with the factory planner for all assets, both new and in use. * **Maintenance Supervision**: Manage and supervise the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks via the AMM system, ensuring they are carried out with the necessary business intensity, including materials, third-party services, and labor. * **AMM System Updates**: Keep the AMM system updated with maintenance tasks performed by internal staff, and take actions to generate the required volume for purchase orders in SAP, as well as execute and receive jobs through P2P. * **Work Coordination**: Interpret, direct, and coordinate routine and non-routine tasks with contractors, ensuring results meet Nestlé's quality standards and required timelines, while following Nestlé's safety procedures. * **Regulatory Compliance**: Establish, plan, and direct actions so that all factory activities comply with current Nestlé and national regulations, covering environmental, ecological, and industrial safety aspects, as well as rational energy use. * **NQMS System**: Comply with the NQMS system and support compliance with legal requirements regarding environment and safety, know work area aspects and risks, and participate in training. * **Risk Identification**: Know and identify hazards and risks in work areas, ensure personal and others' safety, and apply established safety rules and protocols to prevent accidents.
