LP Gas sector company seeks a highly committed and results-oriented **Accountant** **General**, ensuring financial integrity and regulatory compliance of operations. REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 8 years in similar positions. * Residence: Manzanillo. KNOWLEDGE IN: * Accounting, tax, and financial reporting areas. * Accounting software such as Contpaq and Excel. * Application of Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF), Electronic Invoicing (CFDI), tax returns, and SAT platforms. * Prior experience in the energy sector is desirable. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Record and supervise daily accounting operations in accordance with NIF and internal policies. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. * Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. * Ensure proper handling of electronic invoicing (CFDI) per SAT guidelines. * Prepare and file monthly and annual tax returns (VAT, Income Tax, Special Tax on Production and Services [IEPS], Digital Information Return on Operations [DIOT], withholding taxes, etc.). * Verify compliance with tax obligations before SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and other authorities. * Support internal and external audits by providing information and documentation. * Analyze financial results and prepare reports for senior management. * Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget.
