A leading paint brand is looking for committed talent for the position of: **Paint Formulation Chemist** Requirements: **Age: 25 years and older** **Technical degree in Laboratory Technology / Chemical Engineering or related field** **Gender: Indifferent** **Experience: 3 to 5 years in coating development (formulation), water-based and solvent-based** Functions and responsibilities: **Coating or paint formulation, from creation** **Evaluation and analysis of raw materials** **Evaluation and analysis of paint properties (formulation)** **Release of approved finished product** **Statistical process records** **Issue quality certificates, technical letters, and safety data sheets for products** **Maintain and monitor inventory levels of laboratory reagents, materials, and equipment** **Handle external and internal complaints regarding product quality or raw materials** **Keep measurement equipment in optimal condition** **Conduct periodic visits to production processes to ensure quality assurance** **Experience in coating development** **Plan each identified product (new, modification, or update) according to customer requirements** **Analyze the feasibility of developing a new product or adjusting existing formulas** **Safeguard product specifications and technical information during the development process** We offer: * Working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 18:00 * Salary: 15,000 to 18,000 net MXN * Statutory benefits * Monthly productivity bonus * Punctuality bonus Work location: Col.
