We're looking for assistant dog groomers with no experience to join our team and grow into becoming a full dog groomer within just one year! **Development Plan:** * **Month 1 to 3:** (Assistant Groomer) You will learn the basics of dog care and grooming tools, supported by experienced professionals. You'll be trained in bathing, drying, brushing, and simple grooming tasks. (Salary of $9,000 net). * **Month 4 to 6:** (Junior Groomer) You will begin performing simple haircuts, improve your skills, and gain more independence, while still under supervision from senior groomers. (Salary of $10,000 net plus an additional approximate income from services of $1,000 to $3,000 net). * **Month 7 to 12:** (Full Groomer) You will be ready to handle more complex tasks, perform styled cuts, and work independently, with the possibility of becoming a full dog groomer. (Salary of $12,000 net plus an additional approximate income from services of $1,000 to $3,000 net). **We Offer:** Base salary of $9,000 monthly net.
