Position Details * **Position:** Installations Resident * **Contract Type:** Project-based or fixed-term * **Schedule:** Full-time * **Modality:** On-site (Industrial Parks, Toluca, State of Mexico) * **Net Monthly Salary:** $18,000 - $20,000 MXN Key Responsibilities (Your Challenges) As an Installations Resident, you will be the technical and administrative pillar on site, ensuring proper project execution. Your main responsibilities will include: * **Planning and Execution:** Lead detailed planning and scheduling of construction work, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. * **Technical Control:** Supervise and ensure mastery and correct application of materials in **electrical, hydro-sanitary, HVAC, and PCI systems**. * **Document and Financial Management:** Accurate preparation of **estimates, generators, and material requisitions**. * **Team Leadership:** Effective management, supervision, and coordination of assigned personnel. * **Drawing Interpretation and Software Skills:** Advanced proficiency in **AutoCAD (2D and Render)**, Microsoft Office, **Project, Neodata, and Opus** for interpretation and management of architectural drawings. * **Decision-Making:** Ability to firmly and efficiently resolve technical issues on site.
