**Duties and Responsibilities:** \- Preparation of architectural design and executive project documentation. **\- Creation of 3D MEP models using REVIT software** \- Preparation of estimates, generators, and documentation. \- Required knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, sanitary, and HVAC systems. \- Receipt of printed and electronic documentation. \- Completion of preliminary designs (floor plans, sections, elevations, isometrics) regarding representation, including furniture layout, layers, redesign and configuration of minor spaces, placement of symbols, levels, hatches, and title blocks. \- Design and preparation of construction drawings and as-built drawings. \- Coordination across engineering disciplines. \- Preparation of concept catalogs. **IMPORTANT: FLEXIBILITY TO WORK ON-SITE IS REQUIRED!** **Required Skills:** \- Sketch Up \- AutoCAD \- REVIT 60%\-70% \- Office Suite \- LOD methodology **SALARY RANGE FROM $10,000 TO $12,000 MONTHLY DEPENDING ON SKILLS.** Job type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $10,000.00 per month Work schedule: * 8-hour shift Work location: On-site position
