This position is ideal for recent graduates or advanced students who want to start their career in digital product design. You will work closely with our senior Product Designers, supporting the entire product lifecycle and learning the **end\-to\-end** methodology to become a future Product Designer. **Main Responsibilities** As a Trainee/Junior Designer, you will actively support the design team in the following tasks, focusing on learning and executing under supervision: Category Key Tasks **Design and Prototyping (UI/UX)** Support in **Interface Design (UI)** and building the **User Experience (UX)** from defined *wireframes* and flows. **Research and Analysis** Assist in **Design Research**, helping prepare and conduct interviews, surveys, and usability tests. **Documentation and Assets** **Create and maintain components** in the design library, ensuring consistency in **Interface Design**. **End\-to\-End Support** Collaborate in the **end\-to\-end** product development process, assisting in the conception and *hand\-off* phases. **Validation and Quality (QA)** Participate in **user validations** and the **QA** process to ensure implementation meets design specifications. **Collaboration** **Support the development team** and collaborate on basic tasks with other departments (Marketing, Product). **Basic Analysis** Collect and **analyze basic interface performance metrics** under the guidance of a senior designer. Export to Spreadsheets **Expected Skills and Tools** We are looking for someone with a solid foundation in design, strong curiosity, and a proactive attitude to learn the complexities of product design. **QualificationsRequired** * **0 to 2 years of experience** (including academic projects, *freelance*, or professional internships) in UX/UI Design. * **Advanced student or graduate** in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Interaction Design, or related fields. * **Theoretical and practical knowledge** of **UX Design principles** (usability, information architecture) and **UI Design** (typography, color, *layout*). * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in **Figma** (or similar tools) to create *wireframes*, *mockups*, and basic prototypes. * Interest and basic understanding of agile methodologies (such as **Scrum**) and the software development lifecycle. * Intermediate or higher **English** level, able to read documentation and participate in simple conversations. * Strong desire to learn **product management** and how design decisions impact business goals. **Preferred** * Demonstrable experience in **creating interactive prototypes**. * Familiarity or interest in **Metrics Analysis** tools such as **Google Analytics**. * Basic knowledge of **Market Research** and design trends. * Ability to clearly document user flows (*user flows*) and design specifications. * Any knowledge in **Motion Design** or basic coding (HTML/CSS) is valued. **✨ The Impact We Expect** We expect the Trainee/Junior Designer to be an active member who: * **Brings freshness** and new ideas to the design process. * **Develops** quickly the skills to take responsibility for designing specific features. * **Becomes** an advocate for good design and usability practices within the team. * **Shows** potential to grow and transform into a full **Product Designer** in the short/medium term.
