Performance optimization: Ensures Salesforce solutions are optimized for high performance, particularly in large-volume data environments. Mentoring and training: Acts as a mentor to junior developers, helping them improve their technical skills and sharing best practices. Implementation of best practices: Ensures adherence to best practices in solution development, testing, and deployment, and guarantees high-quality, well-documented code.
