Job Summary: Engineering professional responsible for ensuring product and process quality, safety, and compliance with specifications—from raw materials through to shipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure product and process quality and compliance with specifications. 2. Guarantee the effectiveness and efficiency of machined products. 3. Implement and ensure compliance with the Quality, Environmental, and Health/Safety Management Systems. **Job Position** --------------------- Ensure that, within their areas of responsibility for product and process, all applicable process stages—from raw materials through to shipment—meet established quality, safety, cost, and timeline specifications as required by customers, the Integrated Quality Management System, and international standards, with the objective of satisfying customer requirements. **Job Duties and Responsibilities** ---------------------------------------------- Comply with customer-established requirements. Guarantee the effectiveness and efficiency of machined products. Ensure compliance with product and process specifications, consistency and currency of documentation, and adherence to such documentation. Receiving, disposition, and recording of scrap across the entire plant. Communicate results to various departments. Ensure implementation and compliance with the Quality, Environmental, and Health/Safety Management Systems in operations. **Education and Qualifications** ------------------------------ Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related field. **Skills and Competencies** ------------------------------ * Knowledge of Management Systems (MS) and IATF 16949 standard * Knowledge of Management Systems (MS) and ISO 14001 standard * Knowledge of Management Systems (MS) and ISO 45001 standard * Knowledge of Hazard and Risk Identification and Analysis per ISO 45001 * Knowledge and identification of Environmental Aspects * Knowledge of FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) Core Tools * Knowledge of APQP & PC (Advanced Product Quality Planning and Control Plan) Core Tools * Knowledge of MSA (Measurement Systems Analysis) Core Tools * Knowledge of PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) Core Tools
