




Human Resources Manager Requirements: Experience in a manufacturing company Experience managing a headcount of 400 SMETA knowledge and experience preferred **Key Responsibilities:** * **Recruitment and Selection:** * Collaborate in defining job profiles for vacant positions within the organization. * Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from drafting job descriptions to interviewing and hiring candidates. * Conduct interviews and administer psychometric and technical assessments, if required. * Maintain and update the candidate database. * **Organizational Development and Training:** * Identify training and development needs across the company. * Coordinate and manage internal and external training programs. * Promote career path and succession planning. * Support the implementation of change management and organizational development strategies. * **Performance Management:** * Support the implementation and follow-up of performance evaluations. * Advise managers and employees on performance feedback. * Foster a culture of recognition and continuous improvement. * **Employee Well-being and Workplace Climate:** * Develop and execute strategies to improve organizational climate. * Manage employee well-being programs, including team-building and motivation activities. * Serve as the primary contact point for employees regarding labor conflicts and workplace-related issues. * Implement employee satisfaction surveys and take corrective actions based on results. * **Labor Relations:** * Act as mediator in labor disputes and provide guidance on labor relations matters. * Ensure compliance with current labor legislation and internal policies. * Monitor disciplinary actions, warnings, and other disciplinary procedures. * **Internal Communications:** * Develop and coordinate effective internal communication strategies. * Ensure employees are informed about company policies, benefits, and significant organizational changes. * **Regulatory Compliance and HR Policies:** * Ensure all HR procedures and activities comply with applicable legislation. * Update and communicate internal personnel-related policies. * Conduct internal audits to verify compliance with HR regulations and standards. * Knowledge of NOM-035 application Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent position Salary: $40,000.00 – $45,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for permanent contract Application Question(s): * Maximum headcount managed Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Experience: * HR Coordinator: 4 years (Preferred) * SMETA: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
