SSITEL, a national leader in telecommunications, is seeking your talent as a **FIELD SUPERVISOR IN TELECOMMUNICATIONS** — join this outstanding telecommunications family: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in telecommunications, engineering, architecture, or related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in the position. * Willingness to travel. * Availability of time. **KNOWLEDGE:** * Knowledge of applicable labor regulations, safety, and hygiene standards. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Familiarity with specialized equipment, their operation, and interpretation. * Knowledge of blueprint interpretation. * Understanding of color-coding standards. * Experience operating OTDR equipment. * Ability to interpret graphs. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor progress of assigned construction projects. * Validate and request required permits for project execution from direct supervisor. * Recalculate material requirements and submit requisitions to the warehouse. * Track project execution, verifying compliance with the client’s construction standards. * Monitor supplier activities. * Conduct project surveys, including photographic documentation for blueprint preparation. * Report project progress using applications provided by the company and the client. * Review LUMS (Labor Usage Monitoring Sheets) with suppliers. **WE OFFER:** * **Salary: $20,000 – $24,000 Monthly Gross** * Statutory benefits. * **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Saturday. **WORK LOCATION:** * **Mexico City and Outlying Areas** * Phone or WhatsApp: 55 79 18 88 97, Human Resources.
