




Job Description and Responsibilities * Promote and implement production system methodologies and culture within the plant. * Lead and coordinate improvement initiatives, acting as coach and support on the shop floor. * Ensure process robustness by meeting safety, quality, and productivity standards. * Analyze performance indicators (KPIs) and apply corrective actions to achieve established goals. * Provide frontline support in HR, Quality, Manufacturing, Safety, and Scheduling. * Guide and train work teams in Lean, Six Sigma, and production tools. * Maintain effective communication with plant leaders and operational teams to ensure alignment. Experience and Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in engineering. * 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including leading teams and supervisors. * Proven leadership skills with ability to coach and mentor workgroups effectively. * Fluent English. * Knowledge of Lean principles and ability to apply a Production System such as RPS (Rheem Production System). * Strong capability in problem solving, continuous improvement, and communication flow within operations.
