Position Objective Provide operational and administrative support to the Human Resources department, collaborating in recruitment, personnel administration, training, and document management processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and current labor regulations. Responsibilities and Duties * Post job openings on job boards and professional networks. * Screen resumes and coordinate interviews. * Support the hiring and onboarding process. * Compile and maintain up-to-date employee files. * Prepare employment contracts, work letters, and administrative documentation. * Assist in tracking attendance incidents (absences, leaves, vacations). * Manage databases and generate departmental reports. * Support the organization of training sessions and internal events. * Follow up on performance evaluations. * Address employee inquiries related to HR processes. Position Requirements Academic Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field (completed or in progress). Technical Knowledge * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel). * Basic knowledge of labor legislation. * Experience with payroll systems or HR software (preferred). * Basic interview and selection techniques.
