




ECOLAB is seeking a Customer Service Executive in Lerma, State of Mexico. **Requirements:** * Customer service experience * Reside in Lerma or nearby areas * Intermediate-advanced Excel (mandatory) * SAP proficiency preferred * Intermediate English **Responsibilities:** 1. Receive purchase orders or customer orders and sales representatives’ orders. 2. Follow up on inquiries and track Sales Orders (SO). 3. Plan strategies to ensure error-free work. 4. Handle incoming calls and follow-ups. 5. Enter requirements into the system. 6. Maintain close communication with the commercial department. 7. Maintain close communication with Planning, Logistics, and Equipment departments. Work Location: Plant in Lerma; willingness to travel once per month to C. Izcalli plant. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
