Point of contact for personnel inquiries Job Objective: We seek a proactive Human Resources Assistant to support daily operational management, facilitating talent attraction, selection, and personnel administration, using tools to optimize time and enhance the employee experience. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Selection: Assist in job posting, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. Onboarding: Manage the welcome process, orientation, and documentation for new hires. Personnel Administration: Maintain up-to-date physical and digital personnel files; manage contracts, incident tracking, hiring/termination records, and payroll support. Employee Support: Serve as the first point of contact to resolve personnel questions regarding policies and benefits. Requirements: Agility and Adaptability: Ability to adapt to technological changes. Critical Thinking: Skill to analyze data and resolve conflicts.
