By joining us, you will have the opportunity to grow professionally within a dynamic and collaborative environment that values innovation and professional development. * Location: Ocoyoapark Industrial Park What Makes You a Great Candidate * Education: Degree in Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of textile processes and standard times. * Full-time availability is mandatory. * Willingness to travel to the state of Puebla for maquila facility visits. Responsibilities: * Weekly preparation and finalization of the production schedule per maquila contractor, specifying exact volumes, committed delivery dates, and manufacturing sequence. * Daily validation of actual physical progress against the approved schedule, using photographic evidence, documented reports, and direct confirmation with the maquila contractor. * Immediate identification of deviations on the same day they occur, documentation thereof, and execution of corrective actions to recover the plan. * Authorization of shipments only upon physical verification of completed volume, formal quality release, and complete documentation. * Continuous balancing of workloads among different maquila contractors to maximize installed capacity, maintain steady production flow, and ensure balanced workload distribution.
