Position Summary: We are seeking a Customs Broker to manage documents, verify goods, prepare files, and coordinate the entire customs clearance process—from receipt to release. Key Highlights: 1. Shipping documentation and file control. 2. Physical verification of goods and handling of customs inspections. 3. Constant coordination and communication with agents and clients. **PRIDA SERVICOS CORPORATIVOS is looking for a Customs Broker at Prida Servicos Corporativos \- Toluca, State of Mexico** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Main Responsibilities** * Revalidation of shipping guides and control of shipping documentation. * Physical verification of goods described in the invoice, including photographic evidence collection and recording of individual identification data. (pre-arrival) * File preparation. * Tracking of the customs clearance process, from receipt to release of clearance (modulated clearance). * Handling of customs inspections. * Coordination with the customer service department, providing status updates on clearances. * Control and safeguarding of physical and digital documentation for import and export files. **Additional Activities** * Collaboration with the tariff classification, valuation, and operations teams to ensure consistency between documentation and goods. * Conducting verifications and incident reporting during clearance processes. * Maintaining constant communication with customs agents, clients, warehouses, and carriers. **Requirements** * Minimum education: Completed high school diploma or Technical Degree in Customs Procedures. * Experience: Minimum 6 months in warehouse, receiving, inventory, or customs clearance activities. * Desired experience in modulation, pre-arrival procedures, goods inspections, and guide collection. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements.
