The candidate will be responsible for following up with customers, managing orders, and providing administrative support for departmental activities. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide customer service and follow-up via telephone, email, or WhatsApp. * Prepare and track quotations and orders. * Enter sales data into the system. * Assist in preparing reports and maintaining departmental information records. * Verify inventory levels and communicate delivery timelines. * Coordinate deliveries with warehouse or logistics teams. * Maintain updated customer records and documentation. * Provide general administrative support to the sales department. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed undergraduate degree (administrative or business-related field preferred). * Experience in sales, customer service, or administration (minimum 6 months, negotiable). * Basic to intermediate computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Strong communication skills and verbal fluency. * Organizational ability, attention to detail, and a service-oriented attitude. * Flexible availability regarding working hours.
