We are currently seeking a talented **Senior Automotive Designer** to join our team and lead innovative, high-quality automotive component design projects. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and optimizing complex designs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring all components meet required standards. You will also be responsible for supervising junior designers, sharing your expertise and knowledge to foster their professional growth. **Responsibilities:** * Lead interior and exterior design activities with minimal supervision. * Perform structural performance evaluations using Altair SimSolid. * Review and validate junior designers' outputs to ensure accuracy and compliance. * Contribute ideas during design reviews to ensure quality from the outset. * Coordinate with suppliers regarding manufacturability and cost optimization. * Participate in presentations with design managers and design release engineers. * Actively participate in vehicle compartment integration team reviews. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive design. * Proficiency in design software such as **Siemens NX, TEAMCENTER, SIMSOLID, CAE.** * Solid knowledge of plastic and electrical component design. * Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication skills and leadership ability. * Detail-oriented and committed to work quality. * Advanced English proficiency is required. * Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus.
