Work Experience** * **2+ years of experience** in CNC programming applied to metal-mechanical manufacturing. * Experience in: * Manufacturing parts in steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and special metals * Precision machining of parts * Repair and reconstruction of mechanical parts * Commissioning programs on machining centers and CNC lathes * Cycle optimization and reduction of machining times **3\. Mandatory Technical Skills** **CNC Programming and Operation** * Mastery of **G and M codes**. * Programming on **Fanuc, Haas, Siemens, Mazak** controls (specify those used by your company). * Adjustments of offsets, tool compensation, and cutting parameters. * Verification and simulation of toolpaths. **Design and CAD/CAM** * Advanced proficiency with: * SolidWorks * Fusion 360 * Mastercam * or any other software you use * Ability to **design and model mechanical parts** from blueprints or physical samples. **Manufacturing and Machining Processes** * In-depth knowledge of: * Milling * Turning * Grinding * Drilling * Internal and external threading * Selection of tools, tool holders, inserts, and cutting parameters. **Maintenance and Repair** * Diagnosis of mechanical failures in parts or components. * Repair and fabrication of custom parts. * Adjustment of tight tolerances and wear analysis. * Basic maintenance of machining centers and CNC lathes. **Metrology** * Mastery of: * Caliper * Micrometer * Dial indicator * Height gauge * Interpretation of GD\&T tolerances * Dimensional assurance of critical parts. **4\.
