Academic Background** * Technician or Engineer in: * Industrial Mechanics * Mechatronics * Manufacturing * Electromechanics * Or any related field to the metal-mechanical industry * Courses or certifications in: * CNC Programming * CAD/CAM * Dimensional Metrology * Machining Processes * Experience in: * Fabrication of parts in steel, aluminum, stainless, and special metals * Precision machining of components * Repair and reconstruction of mechanical parts * Setup of programs on machining centers and CNC lathes * Cycle optimization and reduction of machining times * Mastery of **G and M codes**. * Programming on controls **Fanuc, Haas, Siemens, Mazak** (specify those used by your company). * Adjustment of offsets, tool compensations, and cutting parameters. * Verification and simulation of toolpaths. * **Design and CAD/CAM** * Advanced proficiency in: * SolidWorks * Fusion 360 * Mastercam * or any other software you use * Ability to **design and model mechanical parts** from drawings or physical samples. * **Manufacturing and Machining Processes** * In-depth knowledge in: **Maintenance and Repair** * Diagnosis of mechanical failures in parts or components. * Repair and fabrication of custom parts. * Adjustment of tight tolerances and wear analysis. * Basic maintenance of machining centers and CNC lathes. **Metrology** * Proficiency in: * Caliper * Micrometer * Dial indicator * Height gauge * Interpretation of GD\&T tolerances * Dimensional assurance of critical parts. **4\.
