Job Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Coordinator to manage procurement of goods and services, negotiate with suppliers, and administer budgets within an integrated development. Lead team and supplier management Bosque Real is a large-scale development located in Huixquilucan, State of Mexico, spanning 720 hectares. It is a continuously growing and planned community designed to become a comprehensive destination offering residential, entertainment, and commercial development options. Currently home to 3,850 families, it is projected to accommodate up to 23,000 families, with 1,000,000 square meters of commercial area. In light of the above, we invite you to apply for the position of PROCUREMENT COORDINATOR REQUIREMENTS: Education: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management, or related field Experience: 5 years in procurement Corporate procurement processes Budget administration and control Supplier evaluation and management • Advanced ERP system proficiency • Advanced Excel skills • Intermediate English (ability to negotiate and communicate with international suppliers) Negotiation, leadership, and team management skills. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: • Coordinate and execute procurement of goods and services • Analyze, quote, and negotiate with suppliers • Review budgets • Update records in the procurement and inventory systems • Manage supplier evaluation and documentation updates • Coordinate logistics for special procurements (flights, accommodations, etc.) WE OFFER Gross monthly salary: $30,000 Statutory benefits Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1-hour lunch break); Friday: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM.
