CUCAPAH Distribution Center is seeking **ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ANALYST** **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field * 1–3 years of experience in accounts payable or similar positions * Interaction with suppliers * Accounting reconciliations * Invoicing * Experience with an ERP system (e.g., Oracle, WMS) * Intermediate Excel proficiency (a test will be administered) **Responsibilities:** * Create invoices in the OTM system for shipments to be processed to release vouchers (if required, create purchase requisitions in the Oracle system for shipments to be processed to release purchase orders) and enter daily data into the database according to processed shipments. * Ensure that vouchers/purchase orders—whichever applies—are reflected in the ERP system’s accounting module; if not, retransmit the voucher; for purchase orders, perform goods receipt and forward them to the supplier; if rejected, promptly follow up and notify the supervisor for resolution. * Validate with the Planning Department that shipping costs from the OTM and Oracle systems match those recorded in the database; discrepancies must be clarified (via approval or credit note). * Reconcile supplier account statements monthly, based on database and Oracle system information, verifying details to provide feedback to suppliers. **We offer:** * Statutory benefits * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Gross monthly salary of $14,000–$16,000, depending on experience * Weekly payroll *At CUCAPAH, we are committed to providing equal employment opportunities without discriminatory practices.
