**UNIT PRICE ANALYST** **Requirements:** * Gender: Indistinct * Education: Civil Engineer or Architect (DEGREE HOLDER) * Minimum 3 years of experience in Unit Prices and the construction sector * Proficiency in NEODATA for price analysis * Experience in bidding, public and private project management * Knowledge of construction materials **Responsibilities:** · Prepare and analyze unit prices, budgets for construction projects (matrices, work items, unit prices) using both Excel and Neodata. · Participate in the preparation of technical and financial proposals · Compile catalogs of concepts from different specialties · Review and validate construction volumes · Reconcile with suppliers and clients · Compile indirect cost analyses **Skills:** * Proactive * Assertive * Organized * Strong sense of urgency **Salary:** $14,000 to $18,000 *(Based on Experience)* **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 6:00 PM *(Saturdays Half Day)* Position type: Full-time, Indefinite duration Neodata, Excel, Revit, Autocad Position type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 \- $18,000.00 per month Travel availability: * 25% (Desirable) Work location: On-site Expected start date: 03/06/2024
