Job Summary: We are seeking an IT professional to provide technical assistance, resolve issues, and ensure the efficient operation of systems by installing and maintaining software and hardware. Key Responsibilities: 1. Resolve software and hardware issues with technical assistance 2. Participate in the evaluation of technical requirements and new solutions 3. Maintain and analyze records to identify trends and problems The incumbent will provide technical assistance and expertise to resolve issues and ensure the efficient operation of the company’s IT systems and equipment.
