




Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise training and organizational development, including TNA, training plans, performance evaluation design, and organizational structure. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in TNA, Annual Training Plan, and technical training matrix. 2. Design of performance evaluations for Nine Box and job descriptions. 3. Coordination of training event logistics and ISO 9001:2015 audit evidence. **TRAINING AND OD SUPERVISOR** **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct **TNA** (Training Needs Analysis). * Develop the **Annual Training Plan**. * Design and establish the **technical training matrix** for maintenance engineers. * Collaborate with engineers to design evaluations for technical competency certification. * Prepare and update hiring and training files. * Budget and monitor authorized training proposals. * Coordinate training event logistics and audit evidence (**ISO 9001:2015**). * Collect attendance lists and evaluations. * Design performance evaluations for **Nine Box**. * Design organizational structure. * Prepare **job descriptions and profiles**. * Support on HR incidents: vacations, leaves, attendance. **Essential Requirements** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Pedagogy, or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Training Analyst and 1 year as a Training and Development Coordinator. * Demonstrable experience in: **DC-1, DC-2, DC-3, DC-4**. * **SIRCE Platform**. * Availability (occasional Saturday support required). **We Offer** * **Gross monthly salary:** $16,000 – $18,000 * Statutory benefits from day one. * Enhanced benefits. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. * Work location: Miguel Hidalgo.
