Job Summary: This multifaceted role encompasses supervision of warehouse operations, quality control, inventory management, and logistics coordination to ensure efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and maintenance of clean and organized areas. 2. Quality control and verification of materials. 3. Inventory management and transportation logistics. 1) Inspect the area or conduct constant walkthroughs to ensure no material is placed in aisles or improperly arranged, and that the area remains clean. 2) Attend to suppliers or customers during their visits. 3) Understand different quality statuses. 4) Administer tests on proper forklift operation for positions to be filled in the picking area. 5) Control and administration of overtime. 6) Report loaded boxes and/or urgent materials. 7) Verify supply of gas for forklift operation. 8) Verify supply of wooden pallets. 9) Verify that picking requirements are entered into the system. 10) Track each picking document number. 11) Control and verify picking. 12) Assign box numbers for loading materials according to customer instructions. 13) Responsible for reviewing that picked materials are verified before loading to prevent errors. 14) Ensure materials are received in optimal condition for subsequent product inspection and release. 15) Review and maintain the WMS system free of pending processes. 16) Receive carrier documentation. 17) Compare in the system what the auditor counted versus the packing list. 18) Conduct random blind-count audits to verify accuracy. 19) Halt receiving and shipping processes if product quality appears damaged. 20) Report receipt of material lacking identification, containing identification errors, or presenting traceability or damage issues. 21) Inspect units for loading/unloading. 22) Coordinate return of empty boxes. 23) Verify correct identification of ramp status. 24) Deliver documentation for material dispatch. 25) Prepare transportation inbound and outbound reports. 26) Comply with company-established storage standards and regulations, ensuring inventory reliability, proper handling, and safeguarding under optimal conditions to prevent losses or theft. 27) Sign and seal documentation for domestic shipments.
