STORE ASSISTANT MANAGER Functions and Responsibilities: • Support the achievement of sales goals and customer experience by executing Our Promise • Support the Store Manager in daily operations: scheduling, maintaining point-of-sale appearance, stationery, consumables, inventory, store opening and closing • Ensure all staff understand and master commercial offers, promotions, systems, and policies; provide training when necessary to align the entire team with current information • Contribute to achieving the established quota through monitoring and coaching of sales executives Requirements • Bachelor’s degree candidate or graduate Competencies • Leadership • Results orientation • Customer focus • Communication • Negotiation • Analysis Knowledge: • 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, and administrative support • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
