




Position Summary: We are seeking an organized, analytical, and responsible Warehouse and Inventory Supervisor for a medical devices company focused on quality and regulatory compliance. We are looking for an organized, analytical, and highly responsible **Warehouse and Inventory Supervisor**. **Required Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field (intern or graduate). * 1 year of experience supervising warehouses and/or managing inventories (preferably in medical devices). * Experience with inventory modules (Oracle NetSuite preferred). * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, reporting, data analysis). * Basic knowledge of ISO 9001:2015. * Desired knowledge of: * NOM-241-SSA1-2025 (Good Manufacturing Practices for Medical Devices). * NOM-137-SSA1A-2008 (Labeling of Medical Devices). * NOM-006-STPS (Safety and Hygiene in Handling and Storage of Materials). **Main Responsibilities:** * Product receipt and dispatch in ERP according to FIFO methodology. * Execution of weekly cycle counts. * Inventory classification under the ABC system. * Generation and analysis of inventory reports. * Control of Non-Conforming Product (NCP). * Management and control of returns. * Product transfers to bins. * Tracking of customer and supplier back orders. * Monitoring warehouse staff performance through KPIs. * Supervision of compliance with NOM-137 (labeling). * Relabeling of imported products. * **Key Competencies:** * Organization and high attention to detail. * Teamwork and collaboration. * Ability to follow procedures and regulatory guidelines. * Proactivity and service-oriented attitude. * Focus on continuous improvement and compliance.
