**Job Objective** Ensure compliance with regulations and legislation regarding Safety, Health, and Environment applicable to the company, reducing risk and workplace accident rates. **Main Responsibilities** * Implement Safety, Health, and Environment policies and procedures in projects. * Supervise field activities, identifying and correcting unsafe acts or conditions. * Conduct inspections of equipment, PPE, fire extinguishers, and tools. * Provide guidance on work permits, risk assessments (JSA), and safety talks. * Participate in incident/accident investigations and report preparation. * Coordinate drills, trainings, and safety campaigns. * Monitor lifting machinery and equipment, reporting deficiencies. * Act as first responder in emergencies. * Prepare and update statistical reports and evidence related to HSE. **Job Profile** * **Education:** Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Safety, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or related field (certified degree required). * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in construction, energy, or similar industries. * **Knowledge of:** * ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 standards. * STPS regulations applicable to Safety, Health, and Environment. * Risk management, occupational health, and first aid. * Desired: OSHA, lifting accessories, internal auditor training. * **Skills:** Leadership, problem analysis and resolution, effective communication, teamwork, decision-making. * **Languages:** Basic English (desirable). **Additional Requirements** * Age: Over 24 years old. * Gender and marital status: Indifferent. * Availability for fieldwork and working under pressure. **We Offer** * Statutory benefits. * Training and professional development opportunities. * Excellent work environment. ***Salary: $4,900.00 WEEKLY*** ***CONTACT AT:*** ***833 209 31 54*** ***ariana.rincon@eseasaoffshore.com*** Job type: Full-time Salary: $4,900.00 per week Benefits: * Free uniforms Education: * Completed Bachelor's degree (Mandatory) Experience: * 5años: 1 year (Mandatory) Work location: On-site
