Management of resources, materials, and spare parts Maintenance Supervisor responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all maintenance activities within the company to ensure that equipment, facilities, and machinery operate correctly and without interruption. Key responsibilities include: * **Maintenance Planning** * Design preventive and predictive maintenance plans. * Organize inspection and repair schedules. * Reduce failures and downtime. * Coordinate and plan preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance to ensure optimal performance of units. * Supervise and motivate technical personnel, promoting specialization and operational efficiency. * Manage resources, materials, and spare parts, monitoring budgets and generating expense reports. * Assess damage to units, determine responsibility, and validate warranties. * Ensure repairs are performed with quality and on time. * Verify that requested spare parts correspond to assigned work. * \- Prepare daily workshop unit report. * Track units at external workshops for immediate release. * Generate work orders in the system for each unit in the workshop and close them upon completion. * Monitor the preventive and corrective maintenance program for all assigned units. * Respond to roadside assistance requests. * Monitor and control tractor performance. * Control and inventory of work tools. * Prepare monthly reports. * Ensure annual inspections are conducted for assigned units. * Correct DOT inspections with failures. * Respond to warnings within the established timeframe. * Track various quality and safety activities and projects (ISO, C\-TPAT, BASC).
